3. Tenant Screening & FCRA Disclosures

When you apply for a property or consent to tenant screening, background checks and credit reports are processed through accredited third-party consumer reporting agencies (such as TransUnion) in full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Nestrixo never shares your screening report without your explicit consent, and landlords agree to use reports solely for lawful housing decisions.

All financial transactions, deposit holds, and application fees are processed securely via certified payment providers (such as Stripe). Nestrixo does not store full credit card numbers or banking account credentials on our servers. All payment flows adhere to strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
